Yes. Legal Dial connects to your existing CPACharge subscription. We do not resell CPACharge and we do not replace any part of it.
At minimum, the caller's contact details and the reason for the call. On top of that we can pass matter type, jurisdiction, source, referral information, and any custom intake fields your firm captures during the call.
Yes. Legal Dial only sends the intake information you configure and does not share your client data with third parties outside of the systems your firm has authorized. All data is encrypted in transit.
